Cliphook ("we", "us") operates the Cliphook web application (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

- Account data: name, email, password hash, and profile details you provide.
- Product data: your TikTok niche and hook-related content you save in the app.
- Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers (payment details are handled by Stripe).
- Technical data: logs, device/browser type, and cookies used for authentication and security.
- Support messages you send through our contact form or email.
3. How we use data
- Provide and improve the Service.
- Process subscriptions and send transactional email (e.g. via Resend).
- Authenticate you, including optional Google sign-in.
- Respond to support requests and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing with processors
We use trusted providers to run the Service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and hosting/database vendors. They process data on our instructions and under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless deletion is requested or required by law.
6. Your rights
