1. Definitions
- "Service" means the Cliphook website and web application.
- "User", "you", or "your" means anyone who uses the Service.
- "Subscription" means a paid or trial plan billed through Stripe.
- "Content" means information you provide, such as your profile, niche, and generated hook text.
2. Acceptance
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
Cliphook is a web-based SaaS product that helps musicians create TikTok hook ideas. Features may change over time. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for billing errors reported within 14 days.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, to harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property. You are responsible for content you post on TikTok or other platforms using hooks generated by the Service.
7. Intellectual property
Cliphook owns the Service and its branding. You retain rights to your Content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your Content to operate the Service.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliphook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
